Information Age and its writers have been nominated in a record eight categories of the annual Australian IT Journalism Awards for 2024.
Known affectionately as The Lizzies and held every year since 2003, the awards acknowledge the most outstanding journalists and outlets covering technology in Australia each year.
In 2023, Information Age senior journalist Casey Tonkin took home the Best Technical Journalist Award.
This year, Information Age and its writers have been nominated – alongside large news outlets, including the Australian Financial Review, the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, and the ABC – in the following categories:
