It's official. Queensland IT business (est 2000) ATech offers the best customer service in the world. ATech a computer service company just returned home to Brisbane from Las Vegas where they attended the Stevie Awards - the world's premier business awards - with 2 awards...a Gold Award for Best Customer Service Department - Computer Services and a Silver Award for Business Development Achievement of the Year - Technology Industries.
Sarah-Jane Peterschlingmann, Managing Director, ATech, ACS Qld member and Convenor of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Special Interest Group said they couldn't believe they had won considering they were up against giants such as Cisco, SugarCRM and Delta Airlines.
More than 1,900 nominations from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 27% over 2014. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 139 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.
ACS Qld would like to congratulate Sarah-Jane and her team for such a wonderful accomplishment.
