ACS Victoria stalwart Dr Cecily Macdougall has been awarded the President’s Award for Q3 2018.
Currently serving as Victorian Honourary Treasurer, Macdougall has been heavily involved with ACS for the past five years.
Over this period, she has also performed in the roles of Convenor of the IT Project/Program Management Special Interest Group (SIG) and Chair of the Business Advisory Sub-Committee.
During her time leading the IT Project/Program Management SIG, the group has developed into one of ACS’ most popular, with over 1,000 attendees to date.
As a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Macdougall has also made significant contributions to the National Treasurers' Reference Group in her role as Treasurer.
Outside of ACS, Macdougall is the Founder and Managing Director of business management consultancy firm Building4Business, specialising in Strategy-to-Execution.
She was a part of the Australian working party on the International Standard ISO21500 on Project, Programme and Portfolio Management.
She is also an Honourary Fellow and member of the IT Advisory Board at Deakin University and a Director of the Nurses Memorial Centre.
