As the bushfires continue to burn across Australia, the devastation has been felt by communities far and wide.
ACS, the professional body for Australia’s technology sector, extends its deepest sympathy to all those affected and pays tribute to the firefighters, defence forces, volunteers, and others who are protecting and supporting communities.

Organisations assisting in the bushfire relief efforts have requested people to pledge money instead of donating goods. Affected communities have been overwhelmed with donations and no longer have the resources or space to manage them.
